The manufacturer warranty below is issued by YVY Bikes. Denver Ebike Co has confirmed with the manufacturer that this warranty applies to the RC20 bikes we sell.

Manufacturer’s supplied warranty terms

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in hardware or firmware under regular use during the Warranty Period. And YVY dealers or YVY authorized partners will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of hardware malfunction under regular use and maintenance.

This Limited Warranty is issued by YVY Bikes. The Limited Warranty begins from the original owner’s receipt or purchase date (whichever is later) and will be verified by YVY (“Warranty Begin Date”).

1. Who is responsible for the cost that happens during return or repair?

a) Within the warranty period, YVY is responsible for the cost of receiving products from users and sending the repaired product to users.

b) Return shipping fees since purchase shall be paid by the buyer if the product has no quality issues, or is confirmed workable by our after-sales engineers.

2. What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

a) Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in hardware or firmware.

b) If the problems happen when the warranty is expired, users can still contact YVY online support team or YVY dealers or YVY authorized partners to resolve issues at material cost (no labor cost required if the product is sold by YVY directly).

c) Product requested for warranty has no associated purchasing proof/invoice/receipt, or no authorized YVY dealers help to confirm.

d) Abuse of online third-party marketplace store policy or YVY warranty policy terms will be excluded from getting official warranty service from YVY support team.
