Refund policy

You can return an item within 40 days from the delivery date. To qualify:

  • We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.
  • We accept returns of items that are new or in like-new condition.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging where possible.

3. Return the ItemOnce approved, ship the item using any trackable and insured method. A valid tracking number is required.

Return Method:By mail to our warehouse, or at a drop-off location.

4. Receive Your RefundOnce we receive and inspect your return (within 72 hours), your refund will be processed within7 business daysto your original payment method — no restocking fees, ever.
