Where Do We Deliver?

RC20 delivery and shipping options are available to eligible destinations and are shown at checkout.

Shipping Cost

RC20 local delivery is free within 85 miles of our fulfillment location in Denver, CO 80247. Select Local delivery at checkout. Shipping outside our local delivery area is a $100 flat rate to eligible destinations.

Order Processing

The RC20 delivery estimates below are measured from your order date and include processing time.

Delivery Details

RC20 local delivery: Allow up to 10 business days from your order date. Our team will contact you to arrange a delivery time.

RC20 shipping: Estimated arrival is 9–11 business days from your order date.

Helmet & Lock Shipping

Stocked helmets and locks ship within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after shipment.

Warehouse Location

Our RC20 local-delivery fulfillment location is in Denver, CO 80247.

Multiple Addresses

We do not support multiple shipping addresses within a single order. If you need to ship to multiple destinations, please place separate orders for each address.

Order Status & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.

📬 Order Not Arrived?If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please email us at denverebikeco@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it right away.
Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items that are new or in like-new condition and remain in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
